    What if the Pain returns and returns?

    Most sufferers from Back Pain made the same experiences, their problem (Pain) lessens after a therapy or medication or even surgery and after a (short) while it returns!
    Why you may ask?
    Well, from experience with patients we found out the following:
    Most likely in order of highest to lowest:

    1. The patient is not following the required guidelines or advices from the doctor or therapist (unfortunately most practitioners do not even give any and some the wrong advice) For a real healing you need 3 Steps:
    Step one is avoiding what is done wrong. (Often we do not even know what we do wrong and are even advised to do things that are more harmful than good)
    Step two is the right therapy or sometimes therapies (A safe and effective one would be the best)
    Step three is the correct actions for Patient Self Help After Care to achieve long lasting results. The Therapy I know that fulfills all three is the Dorn Method.

    2. The Patient has Stress related Issues (Inner Issues). That can be psychological, relationship, money, environmental or work related Stress. The Pain returns as a reminder that we have to change something in order to have less stress.

    3. The Patient wants to stay ‘sick’. When we are not ‘well’ then people usually do not demand so much from us and that can become an unconscious pattern.

    4. There is an other physical cause that is not directly related with the Pain area (Spine or Joints). This can be: Problems in the teeth, Stones in Organs, Toxins in the Body, Cancer or other diseases. Most of this caused by an unhealthy life style and a not so healthy diet!

    5. Other problems that can contribute are Energy Blockages due to an Imbalance in our Electromagnetic Field, Spiritual Imbalances, Karmic Problems, Geomantic Stress (Feng Shui) and Attitude Problems (Ego dominated)

    Number one is responsible for at least 90% of all people and although this could be the easiest to solve many people do not bring the necessary discipline so they have to suffer the consequences. Simply following a few advices on what to avoid and doing a maximum of 15 minutes of Self Help Exercises would help most people even without undergoing any treatment. Studies have shown that most Back Pain improves after a few weeks with or without any therapy or even despite the therapy. Our body simply repairs itself.
