    COLITIS(Inflammatory Bowel disease)

    HEAT and FIRE recall entering my colon
    HEAT and FIRE recall being stuck to my coln
    HEAT and FIRE recall not getting out of my colon
    HEAT and FIRE recall no wanting to go out of my colon

    2nd PART

    ACIDS recall entering my colon
    ACIDS recall being stuck to my colon
    ACIDS recall not getting out of my colon
    ACIDS recall not wantin to go out of my colon

    3thd part (OPTIONAL)

    PAIN recall entering my colon
    PAIN recall being stuck to my colon
    PAIN recall not getting out of my colon
    PAIN recall not wanting to go out of my colon

    run this last part for:
    PAIN
    IRRITATION
    FEELING BAD
    _______
    _______
    _______ and others
    10 times each prhase for 30 to 60 min for each part.
