some people have white coating on their tongue so they want to remove it. One way is to use a scrapper, brush and hydrogen peroxide as mouthwash also helps, because it kills the bacterias :-s

So here is the advice. If u have white coating on your tongue, that is not good for you. Because you swallow the toxins back into your stomach.
You should scrape the tongue with tongue scrapper and then use peroxide to kill all the bad bacterias.
